I’m Gloria, a certified Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, multidisciplinary designer, and creative guide helping busy, burnt-out women find calm, clarity, and connection through yoga, mindfulness, and creativity.
With over 10 years of experience, I’ve developed a holistic approach that combines mindful movement and creative expression to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep self-care so you can feel grounded, inspired, and at peace.

I began my journey in Norway, where I lived and taught for 5 years, then continued in Portugal, and now I lead my own retreats and online programs in Spain where I am from.
